This Privacy Policy explains how CSM Education (“CSM Education,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit csmeducation.com (the “Site”) or submit a consultation request through it. It applies only to this Site, not to any third-party site we link to.

CSM Education is Clinical Sales & Marketing, Inc., located at 1215 SE 2nd Ave, Suite #101, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33316.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide to us

When you submit the “Request a Consultation” form, we collect the information you enter: your name, institution, country, email address, phone number (optional), area of interest, and any message you include.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server and hosting infrastructure automatically log standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you request — for security and operational purposes.

We also use Cloudflare Turnstile to verify that consultation-form submissions come from real visitors rather than automated bots. Turnstile runs before you submit the form and may collect technical and device information and set its own cookies as part of that verification. This processing is governed by Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this Site, and we do not currently set any first-party tracking cookies of our own.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to and follow up on your consultation request.
• To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
• To detect and prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of the consultation form.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the following categories of service providers, solely to operate the Site and respond to your inquiry:

• Resend — the email delivery service we use to route your consultation request to our team. Resend processes the contents of your submission on our behalf to deliver that email.
• Cloudflare — provider of the Turnstile bot-verification check described above.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CSM Education, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

Consultation requests are delivered directly to our team’s email inbox; this Site does not itself store submissions in a separate database. Submitted information is retained in that inbox, and by Resend as our email service provider, for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to meet our internal record-keeping and legal obligations, consistent with Resend’s own Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, server-side validation of submitted data, and bot verification — designed to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you are located, applicable law — such as the EU/ UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) — may give you rights over your personal information, which can include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. 7. Children’s Privacy

This Site is intended for healthcare institutions, educators, and professionals, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

8. International Data Transfers

CSM Education serves institutions across Central America and the Caribbean. The service providers described in Section 3 may process and store information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, we rely on those providers’ own safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party sites, including Gaumard, SIMX, and our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties; please review their own privacy policies before providing them any information.
